An 8- year U.S. Army Veteran, with honorabe discharge to the local Ft. Lee, he built a career defined by integrity, committment, and results, qualities that continue to shape his approach to real estate today.

Before transitioning to real estate, Kenneth spent over 20-years in the healthcare industry, serving our seniors as a traveling training, regional business office manager and over 5-years as a Licenced Nursing Home Administrator. This extensive background sharpened his skills in negotiation, operations, financial management, and client advocacy- all crucial advantages for buyers, selelrs, and investers alike.

Now established in vacant land and lots, commercial opportunities, multi-familiy listings and residential properties Kenneth specializes in helping clients uncover value and maximizes potential. His strong network with off-market investors, and builders- contractors and local investors ensure clients gain exposure to a wide range of opportunities beyond traditional market insight.
